Do you have a sample menu to get me started?

Hi Beth,

While we do not have any LKN designed meal plans yet, I would suggest a couple of things for you:

  1. Print up the food guide ( https://libbysketonetwork.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Keto-Food-Guide-LKN.docx ) )and see how you can adapt some of your favorite meal items to be Keto.  If you google “keto” + your favorite food, you will probably find someone somewhere who has figured out the secret to making it keto.
  2. Check out some of these links to get you started.

  3. Keep it simple. Sometimes it is tempting to want to make a whole bunch of keto food when you get started. I suggest keeping the meals simple Meat + Side + Fat added if the meat and side are not fatty enough.  Try a new “replacement” recipe every other day.  Peruse Pinterest and Redditt if those appeal to you.  The goal is to find the right balance between adapting your favorites to a low carb/higher fat makeup and trying new recipes that can open you up to some great new variety in your food selections.

Hope that helps you get started!
